DESCRIPTION

This role is to support larger and ongoing planning initiatives across Raven Public Relations’ client list. This includes, but is not limited to, research and assessment of the below tasks as well as compiling results into easy-to-use and easy-to-read documents, social media posting et al. 

SHARED DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

The Account Executive will work closely with the Account Director, Account Supervisor or Senior Account Executive sharing the below day-to-day tasks:

  • Team Support: Assist with day-to-day support of internal team
  • Office Support: Scheduling, server mgmt, call notes/docs, general office org
  • Client reporting (status, activity reports)
  • Answer client needs and requests
  • Cision management (research, blasting as needed, etc.) 
  • Read (sign up for newsletters, daily team updates) 

OTHER TASKS

  • Client pitch point assistance and writing
  • Pitching client speaking engagements
  • Maintain master conferences spreadsheet, building as needed based on key client verticals
  • Recommend client conference attendance tailored by vertical/expertise (could add, grow)
  • Paid: Share (LI, FB, TW) platform spend receipts with each client on the last day of each month.

SOCIAL MEDIA 

  • Provide client support for social media accounts as needed, inclusive of posting, monitoring comments, posting replies and reporting. 
  • Provide support for Raven social accounts inclusive of building an editorial calendar, supporting the creation of content, posting, monitoring comments, posting replies, reporting.

LONG-TERM TASKS

  • Manage Key Pubs and Opps spreadsheet
  • Identify search consultants and manage tracking
